I came in with damaged hair down to the middle of my back. I’m talking hair I bleached and colored over multiple times. Megan really took the time to look through ALL possible options to correct the color, AND search for a dark shade I was wanting that best suited my skin tone. She was diligent, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She was very patient with me when I wasn’t entirely sure of how to answer certain questions she asked too. It was a wonderful experience.
